ACLAME

Prophinder is a tool capable of detecting prophages in bacterial genomes.
The web interface allows to

1. browse predictions obtained from sequenced bacterial genomes
2. run Prophinder on submitted GenBank formatted genomes
3. use the Prophinder web services for automated annotation pipelines

Pre-calculated predictions are stored in a PostgreSQL database and can be browsed through this web interface.
The Prophinder tool has been heavily tested, however bugs might show up.
